How report credits work

Reports use 1–3 credits
1

Buy credits upfront

Purchase a report credit package once. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

2

Use them across every tool

Standard reports use 1 credit. Supporting documents add 1 credit, and ACE analysis in the Customs Compliance Self-Assessment adds 1 credit. Catalog PDFs uploaded to an Opportunity Scanner don’t add a credit. Your total is shown before generation.

3

Valid for 12 months

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to use them without a monthly deadline.

Report without documents

1 credit

Report with supporting documents

2 credits

Self-Assessment with ACE only

2 credits

Self-Assessment with ACE and documents

3 credits

Pricing FAQ

Is this a subscription?

No. Straightforward ITC is pay-as-you-go. You purchase a report credit package and use credits whenever you need them — there's no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel.

What counts as a report?

A standard report uses 1 credit. A report with supporting documents uses 2 credits. The Customs Compliance Self-Assessment uses 2 credits with ACE analysis only, or 3 credits with ACE and supporting documents. The document-review credit is returned only if none of your documents can be reviewed. A report that fails to generate is not charged. A catalog PDF uploaded to an Opportunity Scanner is what the scan reads, not a supporting document, so a catalog scan uses 1 credit. Reviewing or editing answers before generation is free.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can view your credit expiration date in your account.

Can I buy more credits anytime?

Yes. You can purchase another package whenever you need more, even if you still have credits remaining — they combine into one balance.

What if I need more than 30 credits?

Contact us for higher-volume needs, and we'll put together a package that fits.

Are credit purchases refundable?

No. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused or expired credits, except as required by law. If a report fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account rather than refunded.
